Feather River College Academic & Administrative Center

At the heart of the Feather River College campus master plan vision for the future is the Academic and Administrative Center. Centrally located and visually prominent, the wing-shaped building bridges upper and lower campus access routes and creates a defined outdoor plaza for major events. The grand lecture hall is the primary form that hinges on the arms of the plan along with the two-story lobby element which offers views out to the plaza and beyond to the hills around Quincy. Mountain modern architectural character establishes a strong sense of place and carries forward the new stylistic direction for the campus.
